Skopos, the leading brand in contemporary and innovative contract fabrics supplying the international contract market of Healthcare, Hotel and Leisure and Cruise, is seeking an ambitious and creative designer with a burning desire to be part of a highly successful design studio. The position is senior designer for the Mosaic brand for Healthcare.
The successful candidate will have studied textiles to a degree level and ideally will have had 2-3 years experience in the textiles industry. (An understanding of the print process is essential, but a combination with woven textiles would be advantageous). Ideally you will have a technical understanding, but crucially a high level of creativity in design and an excellent eye for colour.
You will be self motivated and have an ability to work to a brief with deadlines and have a good commercial understanding. Good computer skills are essential and CAD experience will be an advantage.
Our studio is based in West Yorkshire where our manufacturing print production plant is situated.
