The Promenade Deck is one floor down and houses some of the main entertainment areas as well as the Shops on the Boulevard. The overall impression of this deck was that, differing to Equinox, the casino (Fortunes) and shops were a lot more open plan allowing for a better flow of people. Here also were the Quasar nightclub with some very modern group seating areas (but no chain hanging chairs this time), the Cellar Masters wine bar with a surfeit of leather club chairs with some very nifty wine vending machines, and the Celebrity Central comedy club.
Finally on the Promenade Deck was the two-level Moonlight Sonata (main evening dining room) which appeared to have mile upon mile of crisp white linen and polished silver tableware. All in all the Eclipse is a very well equipped ship, which we think has introduced some improvements to the Solstice class.
