Design: Hotel 1000: Seattle, Washington

The strategy here was to create an intimate and exclusive, yet casual, Condominium/ Luxury Hotel to serve as a personal amenity for the properties’ affluent residential owners. It also had to attract sophisticated guests seeking something more than traditional luxury accommodations and capture the personalised quality of a contemporary, private residence in both ambience and attitude.
