Hotel Interior Design: Steenberg reflects Capetonian values

Our latest Review, the Steenberg in Cape Town (see adjaacent panel)shows the beginnings of an emerging South African interior style. This style will be more evident with the forthcoming Review of the Bushmans Kloof, which will be our review in a month or so.African style is unique and colourful, reflecting both the African and colonial taditions

Our Review archive now contains over 80 hotels ranging from B&B through to the top five star hotels, from 19 countries on four Continents. The area is growing into an on-line style source book for hoteliers and designers, and it will shortly be supplemented by the availability of our picture archive in the DesignClub.

Many of the archive images are of hotels but there will be many images from our own research into historic houses around the world and a range of suggestions for design sources.

There will also be a forum for problem solving and discussion
