Park Inn Stuttgart

The 181-room property of Park Inn Stuttgart is scheduled to open in Q1 or Q2 2010. The hotel will be built directly at Hauptstätter Straße / Kolbstraße as part of a mixed use complex including apartments, retail and offices. Besides 181 rooms its services will feature a lobby including bar, a restaurant with outside terrace, 8 meeting rooms and a pre-function area, a fitness & wellness area with rooftop terrace overlooking the city of Stuttgart, and underground parking.

The TAG Group – developer of the hotel and the adjacent buildings – resumes that Rezidor is not only an important anchor tenant for the project. The modern and colorful concept of Park Inn enriches the architectural concept and is one of the highlights of the ambitious major project Stuttgart-Southgate.

Park Inn Graz

This 194-room property is scheduled to welcome the first guests in Q3 2010. With this signing Rezidor continues to develop its fastest growing, innovative and colorful brand Park Inn in Austria: The group already has a hotel in Vienna and develops two further properties in Linz and Klosterneuburg which both will open in 2009. The management company of Park Inn Graz is RIMC Austria/Vienna (a subsidiary of RIMC International) - a long term partner of Rezidor.

Besides 194 rooms including 7 junior suites and 27 long stay-apartments services will comprise a buffet restaurant, an à la carte restaurant, a lobby bar, meeting & leisure facilities including fitness room, sauna and steam room.

The Radisson Dubai Trade Centre District, UAE

The the 450-room property (scheduled to open end of 2011) is the 50th Rezidor property in operation or under development in the MEAO-region (Middle East, Africa & Others).

The Radisson Dubai Trade Centre District will be built next to the World Trade Centre Apartments as part of the Dubai International Exhibition & Convention Centre.

Upon completion, the Radisson will provide 450 guest rooms, comprising a mixture of standard, deluxe and executive rooms as well as junior suites and 1 presidential suite.

Further building on Rezidor’s extensive portfolio of award-winning bars & restaurants at the Radisson SAS Dubai Deira Creek Hotel, the new property too will offer a selection of unique bars & restaurants including an all-day dining space of 980 square meters. A combination of private dining spaces, satellite kitchens, bistros, lounges and nightclub, will all be topped up with a spectacular rooftop bar & terrace with views of the Dubai skyline. The hotel will also offer 1,490 square meters meeting & banqueting facilities, a fitness centre, a pool area, an executive lounge and a business centre.
