STR Hotel Supply Pipeline at March 2009

Amidst reports that hotels in the US are seeing varying degrees of fall in occupancy it is inevitable that there shoud be a continuing slowdown in the pipleline of projects under way. This STR report shows a fall of over 17% compared to March last year.
