The restoration of one of London’s best known buildings – 10 Trinity Square – has been recommended for planning approval by the City of London Corporation. US property company Thomas Enterprises has been working with international architects Woods Bagot on the 45,000 sq m project to create a hotel of the highest quality.
It will convert the Grade II* listed 10 Trinity Square into a 121-bedroom hotel with spa and 30 apartments. Rob Steul, designer of the proposed scheme, said: “Our vision for 10 Trinity is to restore one of its most important Grade II* listed buildings and create one of the finest hotels in London.
