The hotel’s private marina offers charter departures directly from the hotel and is available for yacht parties, receptions and events, and its Mediterranean-influenced restaurant, Area 31 offers premium seafood. The hotel also has a waterfront lounge and a full-service spa and fitness center. Sitting 16 floors above sea level, the EPIC boasts a 13,752-square-foot wrap-around pool deck with two swimming pools and 10 private cabanas, providing a relaxing atmosphere by day and turns into a pulsating hotspot at night.
